60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try Refresha for 60 days from delivery. If you don’t see a difference, email us at support@refresha.store with your order number and we’ll refund your purchase. No questions asked.

How it works: Email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number. You don’t need to send the product back, even if you’ve opened the tub. If you’d like to tell us why it didn’t work for you, we read every message, but it’s optional.

One guarantee per customer: The money-back guarantee applies to your first order. If you’ve already received a refund under this guarantee, later orders aren’t eligible.

Refund timing: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Not eligible: Requests made more than 60 days after delivery, and orders after a previous guarantee refund.
